Position: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician at ARCO, you'll be the primary face of our company, performing service, repair, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers' comfort and system efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HVAC service; prior installation experience preferred but not required.

• Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Compliance: Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

• Certification: EPA certification required.



• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate positively with clients and team members.
