QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of HVAC install experience
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
• EPA certification required
• Ability to communicate positively with clients and team members
